Submitting emails the seller a one-time program fee invoice. When they pay it, the Buy Before You Sell agreement is sent to them for signature automatically.
This is who the invoice and the agreement go to. Check it twice.
They sign the agreement too, and get a copy of the payment link.
They are copied on the agreement and told when the invoice goes out.
